Position Overview:

The Project Manager works closely with vendors, overseas and domestically. This position is responsible for sourcing, fabricating, and delivering goods per our client requests in accordance with strict timelines. Building internal documents & quotes and understanding the A-Z process of production & shipping is required.

Responsibilities Include: (But not limited to)
  • Manage project from concept and sampling through production, shipping, and final billing

    • Ensure that production is run smoothly and on schedule

    • Ensure that merchandise is received on time

    • Ensure payments are sent offshore in time

  • Create internal quotes: work with executive team & client for project details

  • Direct reports to Management

  • Turn internal quotes into external quotes

  • Sourcing materials and products within budget

  • Communication: vendors domestic and overseas (evening communication mandatory when working overseas)

  • The executive team will be cc’d on all emails

  • Daily list: Required for morning check-ins

  • Develop & Manage work-back schedules

  • Work closely with the core team to ensure all projects are on schedule and updates are made daily.

  • Expense updates: provide a weekly/monthly accounting of all upcoming wire transfers and payments to avoid surprises and assist in planning ahead on a weekly basis.

  • Quality Control: ensure all samples and production pieces are to spec and approved before proceeding. Request photos from outside vendors before receiving goods.

  • Ensure your workload is being covered by another team member while you are out of the office or on vacation.

  • Maintain a current project list to stay organized.
