Created in 2007, the PAVE Rising Star award recognizes the achievements of individuals who have significantly impacted the retail arena throughout these ever-evolving times. These emerging leaders anticipate client needs, motivate a team, transform the simple into the extraordinary, and inspire the consumer. This year’s Rising Star finalists are proven visionaries, innovators, and leaders among their peers.
The award presentation and announcement of the winner will take place on Thursday, December 7, 2023, during the sold-out 25th Annual PAVE Gala to be held at the Frank Gehry-designed IAC Building in New York City.
