Frequently Asked Questions
International students studying and currently located at schools within the United States of America or Canada may participate in this competition.
If you are studying outside of the US or Canada, you are not eligible to participate at this time.
The PAVE x Whole Foods Student Design Challenge is an individual project only. Students must work independently and may not collaborate in teams.
If your school does not issue students personal email accounts, please register with your personal email address.
If we require further verification of your school enrollment, we will send you a message through Submittable.
To access your project submission form, please login to Submittable.com and navigate to your submissions dashboard.
Click on your submission titled "2025 PAVE Global x Whole Foods Market Student Design Challenge"
Once open, you will see gray tabs at the top. Click the tab labeled "Forms"
Scroll down to "Additional Forms" where you should see "[Project Submission Form] PAVE x Whole Foods Market Student Design Challenge"
Click the "Open" button to the right and follow the prompts to submit your project.
You will receive in an email in 1-2 business days confirming that your project has been accepted for review.

To edit your registration or project submission:
Sign in to your Submittable account
Navigate to your Student Design Challenge registration or submission
Click the "Edit" button in the top right corner
Once approved, you can update your registration details or replace your project files
Important: After requesting to edit, please allow up to one business day for access. You'll receive an email when your submission is available for editing.
You may include a reference page at the end of your project. This reference page will not be included in the page count.
You may name your project file anything you wish. The Submittable system will hide your file name from the review panel, the judges will only be able to see the contents of your PDF.
Your project submission form is unique to you and attached to your competition registration. Your full registration as well as your file's name are hidden from the review panel by the Submittable system and can only be accessed by the competition administrators.
You will receive an email that your submission has been accepted, declined, or requires changes within 1-2 business days of submission.
