PAVE Global and Henderson Companies Launch First Engineering-Focused Scholarship

New $5,000 scholarship expands the PAVE Scholarship Program to support students pursuing engineering and related fields shaping the built environment

PAVE Global, in partnership with Henderson Companies, is proud to announce the launch of the Henderson Companies Engineering Scholarship, the first engineering-focused scholarship offered through the PAVE Scholarship Program.

Created to support students pursuing careers connected to the built environment, the scholarship is open to students studying engineering and related fields aligned with building systems, construction management, and commissioning. One recipient will receive a $5,000 scholarship, along with airfare, hotel accommodations, and a daily per diem to attend the 2026 PAVE Gala in New York City on December 10, where they will be recognized alongside industry professionals.

As PAVE’s first engineering-focused scholarship, this initiative will help support aspiring engineers as they pursue the knowledge, skills, and experiences needed to build successful careers.”

The scholarship is open to full-time undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled at a U.S.-based college or university. Priority consideration will be given to students from groups historically underrepresented in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, and no minimum GPA is required.

Applicants will be asked to submit an essay addressing their educational and career goals, one letter of reference, a current transcript, and the required application information through PAVE Global’s Submittable portal. Applications will be reviewed blindly by a panel of industry professionals.

Applications must be submitted by Friday, October 30, 2026, before 11:59 p.m. Eastern/8:59 p.m. Pacific.
