Travelstead Powered By Axis (TTG), a leading third-party logistics provider is currently seeking multiple Account Managers in our Baltimore, MD, Piscataway, NJ, and Rancho Dominguez, CA offices.

Position Overview:
The Account Manager will serve as the primary communicator with clients regarding all high-level activities. They will enhance customer integration and retention by providing a single point of contact for customer account interaction and swift issue resolution. They will be responsible for monitoring the data integrity of shipments in the operating platform.
Responsibilities:
Identify customer performance expectations and measurements through dialog with customers, sales, and operations;
Assist implementation of customer performance expectations and measurements with senior leadership and the sales team;
Serve as an expediter and single point of contact when necessary for particularly critical, complex, or larger customer orders;
Perform root cause analysis and issue resolution on the customer’s behalf;
Ensure all foreign agents' requests are quoted and handled with a sense of urgency and by the required timeline
Analyze all aspects of international logistics to determine the most cost-effective or efficient means of transporting products that meet budget performance and minimize transit times
Ensure all customer maintenance is updated with current customer information, including maintaining current contact information, operational details, and auto-email notifications;
Audit customer charges and costs as needed to ensure proper billing and to determine appropriate profit margins; audit invoices on a predetermined schedule;
Responsible for maintaining all customer reports;
Monitor, order, and ship any supplies and air bills the customer requests;
Performs other duties as assigned;
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in business or Logistics preferred
Retail and or Hospitality experience preferred
Two or more years in a customer service role in the transportation industry; strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; Strong understanding of MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Able to navigate the TMS system.
Must have a valid driver’s license
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Transportation software; CRM software helpful
