Position Overview
Our client, a Luxury Fashion Brand based in NYC, is looking for a Senior Production Manager to join their team!
Responsibilities:
Possess in-depth knowledge of industry-standard materials for builds/installations
Experience in organizing large teams with several moving parts for maximum efficiency
Manage and communicate prioritization of work in coordination with production team
Liaise to head of Visual Merchandising and alert to all matters requiring immediate attention and oversight
Monitor production team and help align with Louis Vuitton standards
Assist with troubleshooting production issues as they arise
Develop, review and present samples/prototypes for approval
Manage prototypes and samples for Louis Vuitton approval
Light travel to other shops / outsource vendor locations as needed
Ability to track and communicate on budgets
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in retail production, events, construction, architecture, visual merchandising
Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
Outstanding communication skills and organizational skills
Experience creating ROS documents and detailed timelines
Ability to work within a team
