Position Overview
We employ highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, driven individuals to lead multiple, high-profile, concurrent projects. Primary responsibilities center around successfully delivering assigned projects on time and with precise accuracy.

Responsibilities
Prepare client estimates and quotations, order confirmations, purchase orders, change orders and invoices for both domestic and international customers & suppliers.
Follow up on orders placed with vendors, coordination and tracking of factory production schedule, dates of availability, quality control, inspections, and vessel schedules.
Oversee Subcontract management/installation, with emphasis on delivering on time to meet construction schedules and deadlines.
Assist with sourcing to procure samples and materials for project-specific orders.
Assist with the execution of extensive quality assurance procedures, ensuring the product meets/exceeds customer expectations.
Meet with clients, responding to all clients in a timely manner.
Proactively generate and maintain project status reports, keeping client up to date on the status of their order(s).
Assist enhancement of process efficiencies, reducing time and resource requirements.
Read architectural drawings and trade shop drawings to prepare accurate quality takeoffs and estimates.
Develop, interpret and understand shop drawings using AutoCAD.
Build solid, trusting relationships with customers and clients.
Qualifications
Experience as a Project Manager and a Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong computer skills, with an emphasis on Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
Proficient in AutoCAD and reading architectural drawings and trade shop drawings.
OSHA 10 & OSHA 30.
Experience in Project Management within the Stone & Tile Industry.
Capable of managing multiple, time-sensitive, high-pressure tasks independently.
Enthusiastic and highly motivated, proactive, self-starter and a team player.
Creative thinker, problem solver and works well under pressure.
Aptitude to pay close, never-ending attention to details.
Superb organizational skills.

Compensation + Benefits
Salary range: $140,000-$165,000
