Position Overview:
Who we are?
Set + Stage Creative is a 3D prop design and build house catering to the retail/fashion industry focusing on window/seasonal display props. (sscreativegroup.com)
As a Prop manufacturing assistant, we are looking for skilled people that have experience using art and shop tools mixed with an aesthetic and understanding of retail display.
Responsibilities Include: (not limited to)
Working daily on different production lines creating visual display props
Keeping track of production counts
Ensuring quality control is maintained
Clean up daily
Occasional installations on site
The position reports directly to project leaders
Pack outs and shipping support
Skillset required: (Not limited to)
Comfortable in a shop environment
Experience with paint, spray paints, glues, resin, fabric wood, foam core, blades
Tools: electric tools, scissors, blades, saws, hammer, hot glue
Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Photoshop, Excel, PowerPoint
Organized with an attention to detail
Warehouse shipping and receiving. Boxing, palletizing, shrink wrapping
Good with your hands
Creative personality
Great sense of aesthetic
