PAVE Global Announces 2025 Rising Star Finalists Ahead of Annual PAVE Gala

PAVE Global, in partnership with ASI | Architectural Systems, Inc., is pleased to announce the finalists for the 18th Annual PAVE Rising Star Award. This annual recognition celebrates young professionals who are shaping the future of consumer environments through leadership, creativity, and forward thinking.

The PAVE Rising Star Award honors emerging leaders who demonstrate intuitive decision-making, willingness to take risks, ambition, persistence, resourcefulness, and social responsibility. Finalists are nominated by peers, supervisors, and industry partners who recognize their exceptional impact and potential.

Catherine Keywan

Catherine is recognized for her instinctive design approach, her ability to authentically express brands, and her commitment to mentorship and community building. Her work spans experiential retail, cultural institutions, hospitality, and branded environments. As President of the Retail Design Institute New England Chapter, she leads initiatives that advance professional development and access for emerging designers. Catherine actively supports PAVE through mentorship, project exposure, and advising scholarship recipients, reinforcing her reputation as a thoughtful collaborator and industry connector.

Jacob Tyler

Jacob brings strong creative instincts and technical rigor to every stage of the design process. His architectural foundation, paired with more than a decade of professional experience, allows him to contribute across concept development, visualization, detailing, and documentation. Jacob regularly supports junior designers through mentoring and participates in design critiques with local schools. His continued education in sustainability, healthier materials, and UX design reflects his commitment to evolving with the industry and elevating design outcomes.

Olivia Van Deusen

Olivia is known for her original perspective, strategic mindset, and ability to translate bold ideas into scalable, sustainable design solutions. Her experience spans large scale retail, hospitality, and experiential brand environments. She brings clarity and purpose to each project, balancing creativity with practicality while centering the guest experience. Olivia inspires trust, energizes teams, and champions socially conscious design, representing the industry’s next generation of responsible design leadership.


The 2025 finalists will be honored on December 11, 2025, at the PAVE Gala in New York City, where the Rising Star Honoree will be announced. All finalists will receive a travel stipend to attend this year’s celebration. The award is proudly presented by ASI | Architectural Systems, Inc., whose longstanding partnership supports PAVE Global’s mission to elevate and celebrate emerging talent.
