This scholarship recognizes and supports leadership potential in the Interior Design, Retail Design, Hospitality Design, Visual Merchandising, Architecture, UX Design, Engineering, and Product Design fields through a prize package valued at $4,400, which includes a $1,500 cash prize, plus travel, hotel, registration, and per diem covered to attend the International Retail Design Conference (IRDC) 2023, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, later this month.
“For another year, we’re so excited to celebrate a student studying design with the PAVE x VMSD Scholarship + Experience,” says VMSD Editor-in-Chief and International Retail Design Conference (IRDC) Co-Chair Carly Hagedon. “This year’s winner, Zoey Howard, provided exemplary designs and showcased an astute understanding of the continual blend between hospitality/food-and-beverage and retail experiences. Thank you to all the students who applied this year: We’re certain you will have a bright future within this dynamic and ever-evolving industry. Congratulations to Zoey!”
Presented annually by VMSD magazine, IRDC is a one-of-a-kind conference that delivers two full days of education and design dialogue.
