Position Overview:
CallisonRTKL seeks a Junior Interior Designer to join its Retail Stores team located in Seattle. This position collaborates with a diverse and creative team, dedicated to excellence in design and innovative problem solving. The ideal candidate for this position will be organized, detailed-oriented, and a self-starting individual driven to succeed.

Responsibilities:
Develops space planning including partition and fixture plans
Develops and manages furniture and interior fittings packages
Works closely with senior staff supporting design and technical tasks
Assists with construction document preparation
Revises drawings and renderings
Participates in client meetings and presentations
Conducts research for the project team
Organizes files, materials, and displays
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related design field
1+ year of related experience, retail project experience preferred
Experience space planning
Strong and effective written and verbal communication
Interacts well with other disciplines and clients in a manner that builds productive relationships
Experience with AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp
Experience with Microstation, Illustrator and Photoshop preferred
LEED accreditation preferred
