Call for Nominations: 18th Annual PAVE Global Rising Star Award

PAVE Global, in partnership with ASI | Architectural Systems, Inc., is pleased to announce the call for nominations for the 18th Annual Rising Star Award, honoring the brilliant young visionaries who are transforming the future of consumer environments and experiences. This prestigious accolade celebrates extraordinary individuals whose innovative mindsets and talented contributions are reshaping the industry landscape.
“Join us as we shine a spotlight on the next generation of trailblazers, creative visionaries, trendsetters and design innovators whose exceptional passion, creativity and innovation are transforming the way we experience consumer environments,” said Andrew Cooper, President, ASI/Architectural Systems, Inc.
The PAVE Rising Star Award recognizes young professionals who demonstrate exceptional leadership in the brand environment industry. Rising Stars anticipate client needs, motivate teams, transform the ordinary into extraordinary, and inspire consumers. These emerging leaders are original, passionate visionaries who show intuitive decision-making, willingness to take risks, ambition, persistence, resourcefulness, and social responsibility. Retailers, brands, design firms, and suppliers are encouraged to nominate individuals for their extraordinary contributions. Young professionals who meet the criteria are also eligible to self-nominate.
NEW FOR 2025: All finalists will receive a travel stipend of up to $1,000 to attend the PAVE Gala in New York City.

Eligibility Requirements:
Nominees may be from your organization or another organization
Nominees must be engaged in the design or supply of consumer environments, including designers, visual merchandisers, store planners, and project managers
Nominees must be 40 years of age or younger as of December 2025
Nominations can be self-submitted or submitted by a retailer, brand, design firm, or industry supplier
Nomination Requirements:
Attach three to five supporting materials that demonstrate what makes the nominee a Rising Star
Provide descriptions of images, including program intent and a brief line on its success
There is no fee to make a nomination
All nominations should be made through Submittable at paveglobal.org/risingstar.
Nominations are free and easy to submit through the online form at www.paveglobal.org/risingstar by Monday, October 27, 2025, before 11:59 PM Eastern/8:59 PM Pacific.
All nominations will be reviewed by a panel of industry experts. Finalists will be recognized on Thursday, December 11, 2025, during the PAVE Gala in New York City, where the 2025 PAVE Rising Star Honoree will be announced.
